FAQ

  1. The PTO meets once per month, on the second Tuesday at the Houghton library at 7:00 pm.    Teachers, staff and parents of Houghton Elementary School children are always welcome, and we encourage you to attend!

  2. Monthly meetings are the best way to stay involved and up-to-date on enrichment programs, fundraisers, and other PTO school events.  

  3. Volunteers are essential, and there are numerous ways to help out.  See the volunteer section of the website or contact us at houghtonpto@hotmail.com.

  4. Do you have an idea, suggestion, or comment?  Please attend a monthly meeting, you can email houghtonpto@hotmail.com to have an item added to the monthly meeting agenda.

  5. Sign up for our newsletter announcements via email or RSS.  We will send meeting summaries, reminders, pleas for help, and other information that you won't want to miss!

  6. Not sure when your child's enrichment program will be held or when the fundraising deadline is, check our PTO Calendar regularly.

  7. The best way to contact us is via our email address.  We also have a facebook page.
