September Meeting Recap

Thank you to everyone who came out for the first PTO meeting of the year!  It was a full house and we are always excited to see new faces.

For those that missed is what you need to know:
  1. MUMS Fundraiser - the deadline for order and money is this Friday, September 13th.  The order form is on our website under DOCUMENTS, if you need another copy.
  2. Library Volunteers Needed!  The library is open M-TH and there are two shifts, 9:15-12:30 and 12:45-3:00.  As you know, the only reason our library is open is because of our parent volunteers!  Please contact Vicki DelNegro if you are interested.
  3. Holiday Fair Committee is forming.  If you are interested in helping out with the holiday fair this year, please contact Amy Davis. This is a big undertaking, that is a lot of fun and raises over $3K dollars.
  4. Box Tops - please send box tops in.  First submission deadline is coming up next month.  If you are sending in individual box tops, please cut on the dotted lines, this saves our volunteers hours of time re-cutting.  Better yet, print off a box top sheet and glue them on and send in the page.  Downloadable box top page link can be found on our Documents page or by clicking here.
  • March early release date has changed from March 19th to March 12th.
  • Lots of enrichment programs are being booked for this year...PTO calendar will be updated with the dates soon.

  • Friday, October 4th 9:30am Volunteer Orientation
  • Box Tops first submission deadline coming up in October
  • Saturday, December 14th 9am-3pm PTO Holiday Fair
